The Mac Market is pleased to offer the finest repair service possible to the Macintosh community. We have a long history of excellent work to stand behind, taking care of each computer as if it were our own. Whether you’ve dropped your brand-new MacBook Pro, or your G4 Tower is barely chugging along, we have solutions for you.

Most repairs are completed within 48 hours, making us one of the fastest and most affordable service centres in Vancouver.

Rates

Minimum and Diagnostics: $39

Labour: $79/hour

Data Recovery (logical failures): $299 charged only if successful; Minimum fee of $39 applies)

RAM Installation: $10 with the purchase of RAM*

*Doesn’t apply to early MacMinis nor the Late 2012 21.5” iMac

On-site Service

Require an on-site repair? We can do most service on-site throughout the lower mainland. Our on-site rate is $129 per hour with a 1.5 hour minimum.

Delivery

Not in Vancouver? No problem. We've had items shipped in for service from throughout Canada (and beyond!). Get in touch and we can help arrange transportation for your computer.

We also offer pickup and delivery service for much of the Vancouver area for $25 door-to-door round trip.

Data Recovery

We now offer full clean room data recovery service. This means we can retrieve your data off of drives that have mechanically failed. The best part is you'll receive an exact quote upfront and don't pay unless data is recovered. Logical failures are recovered for a flat rate of $299 for successful recoveries, which makes us one of the most affordable recovery services in town. 

AppleCare

At this time, we can only offer limited AppleCare warranty support. The Mac Market is not an Apple Authorized Service Centre, but we do work in partnership with other local Mac Dealers to get your AppleCare warranted computer up and running again.
